About the Author:
Lt. Col. Keith E. Bonn, U.S. Army (Ret.) was a graduate of West Point with a Ph.D. in history.
He served for over twenty years in a variety of important assignments in the United States and overseas.
He published several books on military subjects. He lived in Bedford, Pennsylvania, and he revised the last three editions of this book.
